Mark Scott is never going to see reality he can’t, Mark needs to know that no one cares what he thinks we want our ABC back and if we can’t have some balance with our publicly funded broadcaster heads need to roll. Indeed, Mark Scott has consistently failed to act as ABC editor-in-chief. He has refused to handle such matters as The Chaser Boys’ (average age 381/2) defamation of Chris Kenny or 7.30’s (unfunny) comedy about the political consequences of the downing of MH17 over Ukraine. And more besides. And yet Mr Scott has decided to lecture the Communications Minister about the role of the ABC’s editor-in-chief. Not a smart move. Quit while you are behind Mark, having the Labor party protesting for you is not going to stop the likes of us from wanting balanced reporting.
