Mark your calendar for Friday, January 30, and plan on attending the Lunchtime Lecture at the Shriners Hospital in Sacramento. Kiho Cho, DVM, PhD, a principal investigator at the Institute of Pediatric Regenerative Medicine (IPRM) at Shriners Hospitals for Children – Northern California and a professor at the Department of Surgery at UC Davis will give a talk on The Art of Life. In his lecture, Dr. Cho brings a unique blend of science and art to his audience as he shares a gallery of images discovered as part of his scientific studies and invites participants to engage in a discussion about what the pictures might tell us about ourselves. The lecture begins at 12 noon in the Hospital Auditorium. Reservations are not required. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
