Guiding product development and design during the Innovation and Renovation process. Performing Nutritional Assessments and nutritional profiling of new and renovated products. Managing and monitoring the execution of research studies to determine health, lifestyle and dietary habits of consumers. Ensuring accuracy of nutritional Information communicated via print, social and digital media, while ensuring compliance with local legislation and company guidelines. Qualifications: A B.Sc. in Dietetics & Nutrition, or other related field. At least three (3) years’ experience in the Food Industry. Knowledge of the food industry’s guidelines and legislations.
