Marketing - Customer Happiness Coordinator - AMARO Efetivo RESPONSIBILITIES Make our dear customers happy every day Responsible to ensure that our promise to deliver the best online shopping experience in Brazil is upheld throughout all customer touch points Lead, develop and grow the 4 teams that are part of the Customer Happiness Department: Customer Service, Outbound Sales, Personal Stylists, and In-House Consultants Manage our rapidly growing team of customer service agents to provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, chat and social media channels Recruit and manage a new Outbound Sales and In-House Consultants teams, with the goal to reach new customers and grow revenue Manage shifts according to expected volume Continuously monitor the quality of customer interactions to meet exceptional service levels Strictly monitor customer happiness and customer service KPIs and manage the teams accordingly Improve internal processes to achieve maximum quality, efficiency and effectiveness QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of experience in a consumer-facing role with increasing responsibility Experience in team-building and in management of a rapidly growing team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong IT skills Experience in eCommerce Native Portuguese speaker; advanced level English College degree PERSONALITY & QUALITIES Obsessed with providing state-of-the-art customer service Passion for fashion, eCommerce and startup culture A loyal AMARO fan Ability to deliver under pressure and against strict KPIs Self-reliant problem-solver Flexible and able to work at nights (unil 22:00) and on Saturdays walljobs.br/wall/3423
