Marketing Director, Limassol - Ref PS12556 Job description: Our client, an international investment company based in Limassol is seeking to recruit an experienced Marketing Director to join their dynamic team. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Marketing Management - Tactical Planning - Implementation & Monitoring of Marketing Activities - Focus on Online / Digital Marketing Implement SEM campaign strategy in order to optimize results based on specific budgets and objectives Management of Marketing Activities Marketing Budget Management Write and test ad copy to ensure optimum click-through rates and select keywords for SEM campaigns on Google, Baidu and other PPC ad programs Monitor campaign results, analyze and optimize key metrics (CPAs, CTRs, Profit Margins and ROI) To research and implement latest industry trends and best practices Landing and Website Page Optimization Candidate Requirements: Relevant Degree or equivalent Minimum 3 years’ full time experience, out of which at least 2 years must have been at the level of Team Leader At least 2 years Marketing experience within a Forex environment Knowledge of SEM trends, methods and best practices Experience with primary and second tier search engines Proficiency in landing pages and web design Holistic understanding of how websites and search engines work and how to maintain and improve traffic Experience with Google tag manager Excellent understanding of e-commerce practices Other requirements: Due to the high volume of applications we receive, only shortlisted candidates will be responded to.
