Marketing Manager, Strategic Partnerships, Style Entertainment Group - Time Inc. New York, NY Time Inc. Consumer Marketing has an exciting career opportunity to work in the fast growing digital marketing space and brand partnerships across the Style and Entertainment group. The Marketing Manager will manage all partner marketing efforts tied to growing our digital and print subscriber base across the Style and Entertainment Group Titles (People, Entertainment Weekly, InStyle, People StyleWatch, People En Espanol and Essence). This person will manage and develop strategy for key existing partners and also identify new potential partners to align with. Additionally this person will work with key areas of the business to manage implementation for all new partner programs and conduct analysis to measure impact and make recommendations. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple partnerships to drive subscriptions for the Style & Entertainment Group brands such as Blockbuster, Movie Stop, Adperio and Tapjoy. Responsible for identifying partner prospects, build out strategy, develop pitch materials and execute programs brought to fruition to acquire digital and print subscribers. Collaborate with brand teams throughout the organization (i.e. Ad Sales, Publishing, and Consumer Marketing) to develop partnership models and set strategy for targeting prospects. Lead financial, legal, compliance, and technical conversations with internal and external stakeholders to launch new partnership programs. Drive growth of existing partnerships by evaluating profitability and making strategic marketing and investment decisions. Communicate strategic recommendations and results to senior management and individual brand teams Key Qualifications: Excellent relationship management skills with ability to align with internal teams and external clients; Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; Desire to work in growing digital space and discover new partners to align with; Strategic thinker who can also maintain a strong focus on details; Must be able to work independently and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment; Comfortable with using data to evaluate profitability and make strategic recommendations; Ability to understand complex financial requirements and technical capabilities, and translate into practical solutions; Proficient in both Excel and PowerPoint; 4+ years account management and acquisition experience; Bachelor’s degree required; Passion for media – interest in celebrities, entertainment and fashion a plus!; Reports to Digital and SEG Partnership Director; Some travel required for meetings and events Contact: Stacey Olive
