When one of the other residents (who is Vietnamese) tried to protect some kids he beat that man so bad that the man lost an eye. He is a convicted felon but never had to serve jail time. He now wants to open a slew of restaurants with his family and cannot as long as he has a record. So hed like a pardon for his criminal behavior. I say....no. Hes somehow managed to do very well in life and shouldve served prison time. People change blah blah blah. What has he ever done to SHOW he has changed?
