Marlise Muñoz collapsed from a suspected pulmonary embolism seven - TopicsExpress

Marlise Muñoz collapsed from a suspected pulmonary embolism seven weeks ago and has been kept artificially alive in a Fort Worth hospital ever since. Because Muñoz is pregnant with a fetus that is still not yet viable to be outside of the womb, Texas law requires that she be kept alive even though her family wants her to die with dignity. Brain hemorrhage, respiratory complications, heart failure and vision loss are just some of the risks, according to medical experts.
