Marouane Fellaini to Napoli is gaining pace in Italy. The Belgian midfielder isnt part of Manchester Untieds plans for the coming season, as far as Napoli are concerned, and theyd like to take advantage of that to recruit the player. Il Mattino says on Saturday that the outline of a deal has already been set and its not as bad for Manchester United as it originally looked like it may be. United will have to pay half of Fellainis wages for the period hes on loan at Napoli, with the Italian club paying the rest, and United will get €5m for the loan. Thats what Napoli director of football Riccardo Bigon wants to be the case and Il Mattino say that the process has now accelerated with the Serie A club working hard to make the rumour a reality. Its claimed that Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal will today speak to the midfielder about the situation, and the Italian media say that will be to formalise the players divorce from the club.
