Marshall Bruce Mathers III was beat up into a coma by a bully in school, he was in a coma for ten days and when he woke up he had to learn how to walk and talk again. His mom was told he was brain dead and wouldnt make it. His brother/friend/uncle killed himself and Right after this album Infinite in 1996 by his first alter ego, Eminem, he swallowed a handful of pills and tried to kill himself. After that he created a 2nd more aggressive alter ego by the name of Slim Shady, wrote the slim shady EP and Dr. Dre heard it and thats when we were introduced to the Slim Shady LP after that. God works in mysterious ways, dont give up on your dreams! In this album he states he wish he could somehow get $500,000 to leave for his soon to be born daughter Hailey.
