Marshall McDal Clendenin Marshall McDal Clendenin, 72, of Tioga, WV died March 19, 2014 in the Summersville Regional Medical Center following a short illness. Born October 12, 1941 at Laurel Creek, WV, he was a son of the late James and Evelyn Gardner Clendenin. He is also preceded in death by one brother, James Clendenin. He attended the Faith Baptist Church of Craigsville, served in the Navy, and was a retired coal miner with 32 years of service. He loved hunting and fishing. Survivors include his loving wife of 50 years, Teresa Clendenin; three children, Marshall Clendenin, Jr of Tioga, Patty Baber and husband, David of Craigsville, Connie Mowery and husband Vernon of Tioga; four grandchildren, Christopher and Mathew Baber, Caden and Kyle Clendenin; two brothers, Lee Moore Clendenin and Richard Clendenin; one sister, Pamela Johnston; many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 23, 2014 in the White Funeral Home at Craigsville with Pastor David Sommerville officiating. Interment will follow in the Fairview-Curry Cemetery at Tioga.
