Martely is not the President of Haiti because he has received and accepted order from the West, United States Lawmakers, foreign jesus christ billionaire thieves and United Nation Terrorist Gangs to violate the Haitian Constitution and commit treason to his country. In fact, the people of Haiti and those living abroad have fired and revoked Martely the authority to govern their country as a President. The senate of Haiti has the only one with the authority govern Haiti throughout this crisis. Martely is not the President of Haiti with any authority to conduct election. Martely must be incarcerated now in prison for treason and betrayal of his country. In Contrast, the West, U.S Lawmakers, jesus christ billionaire thieves can hire Martely to come to serve as the President for their countries where he can have fully power to amend the West and U.S Constitution based upon frauds to secure the pathway for these foreign invaders thieves to commit treason to Western population and U.S population. In order for Martely to govern Haiti, The West and the U.S congress must amend their Constitutions based on China and Russia’s Electoral Rules that would be beneficiary to China and Russia’s interest but not their people.
