Marx was the VERY first to completely and thoroughly describe _structural_ wage theft, under Capitalism (in fact, that it is its VERY ESSENCE). He (famously) named this systematic, hallowed thievery, the appropriation of *Surplus-Value*: and developed the (equally-famous) Labour Theory of Value (LTV) along with it -- thus describing the totality of how the Capitalist system ACTUALLY worked. Rosa Luxemburg (not-so-famously) extended this Ur conception with her own notion of an extended primitive accumulation (i.e. pure, naked -- OFTEN violent -- theft, here done by capitalists) being ITSELF ALSO a structural theft under the Capitalist order, in its expansionist, predatory (present) *IMPERIALIST* phase... On top of all THAT structural theft -- we have the simple, petty, mundane, day-to-day theft by the employer of his employees: swindling his workers one creative or underhanded way or another (also entirely covered by Karl Marx in Capital I, II & III, et al.)... So NONE of this is new, eh? And ALL of it is VERY Capitalist, indeed. And Guess What..?? There is only ONE, *CAN BE* only ONE -- *definitive* -- solution to this... All the rest is mere diversion. @Maure CBriggs-c via @Ian MacDonald: Adjunct is essentially wage theft at the University level.
