Mary Burke’s Interview in Latino Code Support for a special driving license for undocumented immigrants, and coordination with Trade Latino Chambers were the points highlighted by Mary Burke Tuesday, October 7, 2014: La Comunidad News is pleased to announce that our interview footage of Democratic Gubernatorial candidate Mary Burke has been uploaded to the internet later this evening with Spanish subtitles for any non english speaking viewers. The topic of the interview is “Questions from the Latin American community to Democratic Gubernatorial candidate Mary Burke.” We were fortunate to have Mary Burke and a few members of her team in our office September 22, 2014, to participate in an interview regarding questions fielded from the Latin American community in Madison but also relevant to all of the people of Wisconsin. Since this date we have been continuing our coverage of the 2014 Wisconsin Governor’s election, capturing footage at the Wisconsin center last week, and also covering Michelle Obama’s visit to Overture center this afternoon. We wish to emphasize that our subtitles/translations are extremely close, but not verbatim, to the responses Mary Burke gave in English to our interviewer - Dante Viscarra - and that we have worked to ensure their accuracy and also that the timing of each subtitle is relevant to actual responses given in the interview.
