Mary Jane, Francelyn and Terenas main goal was to tell me what I wanted to hear and not the truth. Theyre the kind of co-workers that any rational person would avoid like the plague unless they too were passive aggressive. A case was never opened and who knows if Kelee4515 was even contacted because seller referred me to the resolution center 3 times and told me not to contact her again. Jason told me that seller used inappropriate language with me, and he would see what he could do to help me and asked if he Could put me on hold. He kept me on hold less than 2 minutes and told me that he was giving me a heads up and there was nothing else that he could do for me and that a case could not be opened--not reopened. BUT Im here to help. Jason should quit his day job with eBay and become a comedian. He told me several times that he is NOT giving me CONSENT to record our conversation. However, eBay is monitoring our conversation. I tell you, Its hard to get a belly laugh out of me LOL. I guess Jason forgot who his boss is. How did I become Jasons, Mary Janes, Francelyn, Terenas and Ebay corporations boss? Because eBay is not going anywhere with my money, moulah, dough, benjamins. Im here to keep eBay safe. Oh, thats eBays bumper sticker slogan. Do I still need to follow up with Ebay to resolve my Question? Jason, one of eBays supervisors, has given me an honest answer, and I quoted him and my experience on both of my Facebook accounts under France EILERS and twitter. I cant wait to give my friend back home the cracked plate That I fused with Kelee4515 CRAP GLASS along with the 64 brand new, bronze, metal switch plate covers that I purchased from another one of eBays liars for Valentines day. You think that Ive got a short fuse LOL. My question was not resolved because Jason resolved it for me. I guess I will have to post this memo on my Facebook pages as well because its not allowing me to submit this form.
