In this workshop parents and teachers will learn more about the NEW MRP APPROACH TO DEVELOPING GOOD LEARNING HABITS AND LONG TERM SUCCESS. This programme focuses on mindfulness and resilience and uses guided visualisation, breathing techniques and controlling impulsivity in children.It outlines an 8 week flexible programme to help children THRIVE socially, academically and emotionally. It can also be used by parents.
