Mary and I visited little Joshua at Children’s Hospital today we thought to cheer him up but instead we received more cheering up than we were able to give as we got to visit with four of our great grandchildren and our grandson and granddaughter as well. We look at the pain of sickness and all the lives it touches with its inconvenience’s and suffering not only to the one who is sick but to all the family that must endure the sickness. And we see the mercy and grace of our blessed God that gives patience, strength and grace to every member of the family that places their trust and confidence in His promises to never leave us or forsake us no matter what the trials we face or the crosses we must bear for His glory. And we think how great is our God who will never allow us to suffer more or carry more burdens than we are able to carry but in His great love and compassion for us will lift us up when we become too weak to go on and He will carry us to the finish line. Praise the name of our glorious Heavenly Father and Lord Jesus Christ who has given us the victory over all things through faith even when our earthly bodies become weak. We know that the sickness of this precious little child is only temporary and is for the purpose of showing forth the the power and glory of Almighty God. And will soon be revealed to us if we hold tight our faith in His promises who does not lie but always keeps His word to His children. youtu.be/YRROL1gyE1k
