Mason already has a great work ethic. Up before the sun, mere minutes before he completes his daily task of making sure all flat surfaces below grown up knees are covered in toys and stuff. Drive the boss nuts with various requests they arent quite up to fulfilling at the moment. The adage is true -- the 20% take up 80% of your time. In this case, its the 20% sized person is taking up 80% of my time. He gets an Exceeds all expectations on his review.
