Massacre of School Children in Peshawar. We are all shocked and heartbroken by this barbaric act by those who have lost their way in life. Condemnation of this heinous crime is the natural and first response of people with any semblance of humanity in them. I dont believe it should end here. It is the responsibility of the civilized society in the world to take actions to ensure this never happens again in Pakistan or anywhere else in the world. If people with twisted minds who continue to breed and promote this hatred in the world are not appropriately punished they will only be encouraged to continue and escalate their activities. Unfortunately, training of this type of dastardly acts around the world is somehow or other is always linked to Pakistan. I propose: (1) A UN resolution should be passed giving Pakistan the first opportunity to undertake immediate action to punish those responsible for this heinous act. A clear and precise timeline should be given. Financial and military support should be provided to Pakistan strictly for this activity. (2) If Pakistan fails to meet the requirements of the UN resolution, a world coalition should be formed to fulfill the requirements of the UN resolution. (3) UN resolution should be passed and actively pursued to promote and support health and education for children in underdeveloped part of the world. Education is the only tool that builds awareness, understanding and tolerance of people with different faiths and culture.
