Massed Cadets (UK) on parade. Tight, 27-28in pace, solid ( straight ) beat(s). Drum-Majors, smart, using only an arm swing, no body walk, staff held tightly to the waist. My only criticism are the large bass drum mallets which hinder a tight-beat; the old-fashioned smaller wooden mallets with a solid felt head delivered a crisper, sharper beat that kept bands on tempo. I remain puzzled why the Army retains these though I have been told so they can compete at the civilian highland games pipe band comps. Rear line of sides need to keep their heads UP and g l i d e across. Otherwise, excellent. youtube/watch?v=x-xiiK5Y2BU
