Masters and Teachers When people keep claiming things like, The - TopicsExpress

Masters and Teachers When people keep claiming things like, The Lord Yashuah is my Master, or Only Lord Yashuah is fit to be called a Master, they are making doors of separatism and ego-centered claims. Real initiates and advanced disciples do not brag who their Masters or Teachers are, because in doing that, they inevitably attract the attention of other people that leads to either praise or criticism on their personality. Any claim that exalts the personality of a spiritual aspirant is bound to create future troubles. Beware. The title Teacher or Master has its purpose. Mang Boys assertion that a Master on the physical and spiritual aspects are different, is correct. A master on the physical aspect or level [i.e. individuals who have legally attained a postgraduate title of Master of Science or Arts, masters of different martial arts systems, masters of ceremonies (emcees), etc] does not directly translate to being a Master on the spiritual level. This should be clear. Furthermore, the title Master for someone who heads a spiritual organization or group, or someone who has substantially mastered a certain spiritual technique or system, is given as both a sign of respect and a distinction of the level of proficiency they have thus attained. Sometimes this is officially and cumpolsorily enforced inside an organization, or this could be freely given by anyone who feels deep respect towards his or another persons teacher. Let us RESPECT other peoples preference, so long as it does not become detrimental in the attainment of Common Good. Let us not be overly critical with this matter. Lastly, some Christians believe that only the Lord Yashuah is worthy and fit to be called Master, basing on some biblical references in this connection. Let us remember that other religions also exist, and they each have their own reference to their Masters. NO SINGLE RELIGION HAS A MONOPOLY OF TRUTH! Masters on the spiritual plane [the Immortal people and Lords] have become Masters in the high sense of the word because THEY WERE NOT PERSONALITY-CENTERED, and Their tolerance have reached that exceedingly high level that diversity of beliefs and opinions is given their rightful place. They have dissolved Their selfish personalities in such a way that They were no longer Masters exclusive to someone or of some reputed group, but TEACHERS OF ONE HUMANITY, irrespective of the acute, self-serving perceptions of Their followers. Just my two-cents opinion too, though.
