Mathew Staver, Founder and Chairman Liberty Counsel It is now clear that the White House is using the purported delay of the ObamaCare employer mandate implementation as a 2014 election strategy, not unlike the way in which the administration used the IRS targeting of conservative groups as a political strategy in 2012. But it is also true that they are delaying what they couldn’t produce in an acceptable fashion. Representative Darrell Issa says, “This is another in a string of extra legal actions taken by his administration to mask the horrible impact his law will have on the economy and health care in the United States.” We are watching a failed presidency scrambling to cover a number of disastrous problems.
