Matobosha/matobosho This z a type of desert dat many lyk cukin it n hv it aftr iftar. Ingredients: 2 cups water 2 n half cups flour Cocont milk Cardamon powdr Half cup sugar. Method: 1. Heat water until boils mix in the flour, stir togethr well to form a dough. 2. Remove frm heat leave to cool for 5min bt nt cold to prevent da dough frm hardening.. 3. Pour on a rolling board(kibao) den knead 2gthr 2 remove lumps. 4. Divide into small doughs roll out da dough to make straws o strands nt so thin cut into smaller size n pinch o press 2 make a small bowl shape.keep aside. 5. In a saucepan heat coconut milk,cardamon n sugar until it boils,add in da vitobosha cook for 10min. DO NT OVERCOOK. 6. Decorate with black raisins. Serve n Enjoy!
