Matt Healey, Earlier today you liked a photo of mine on Instagram, while you were driving behind Khan and I. We also had a policeman in the car with us. You have just liked a photo on Facebook while driving behind us again. Stop it! As friends of yours, Khan and I are very worried about your safety on the roads and feel that your decision making abilities at the best of times are not amazing. You dont need the distraction. Again, as friends, we are suggesting that you stop looking at pictures and videos of people exercising and do some yourself #DDW 4/13 xx
