Matt LaVelle a customer who owns a wine/beer tasting bar recently bought a PourMark Jet Etcher to save steps in serving wine and of course to control cost. They had a line of perhaps 30 premium wine bottles on their back bar with an argon purge dispenser system. At one end of the line of bottles were two glasses filled with sand for the servers to judge glass fills. Well, you can see right away, that it is inconvenience for the servers to walked all the way to the end to check their pours. LaVelle Tap Room in Springfield Oregon knows having portion control marks on every glass saves them wine and steps
