Matt Wolfs I dont have chains so I had to improvise. Not quite the same stimulus but still changing the force curve in the same way. Explosive squats today. Keep on adding 5kg each set until you start to decelerate through the rep or grind. (No set amount of sets) This was my first set at 55kg (about 60% of my usual 6RM) and a doubled over mini powerband on each side. Just finding my groove in this set so not very explosive and adjusted on my next sets so I was more centred with the bands rather than them pulling me forward like in this set. Worked up to. 70kg plus + Bands.
