God gives us the ability to accept ourselves as worthy persons. We can be at peace with ourselves. You see, God does not despise us because we are human. God loves humanity because he made it. God reaches down through the Holy Spirit into every cell of our being, and through our faith brings us to our highest potential. When we are able to see and accept ourselves as a person that God love even though we have faults and limitations, then we will be able to accept and love others in spite of their faults and limitations.
