Matthew Novak, of Kewadin, is this week’s winner of the Caughtcha being GOOD award. This past frigid New Year’s Day, Matt was driving on Cairn Highway when he saw a rolled over vehicle in the snow at the side of the road. Two young men were standing in the snow nearby, one of them holding a toddler. Matt stopped, called emergency services for them and got them inside his vehicle to keep warm while waiting for help and other family members to arrive. After seeing them safely on their way, Matt continued on to finish his errand and was very glad he was in the right place at the right time. Congratulations, Matt.
