Maturity? Define it, it means to able to hold your patience when facing difficulties, to be able to go through the toughest time, and know who was there with you through the rocky road, and to be able to think before doing something, taking every challenges as a new learning experience, not wanting to be a burden to others, but able to let go of all the unhappiness. Different country working environment is really a great difference, because of the thoughts we have and that the environment people grew up in partly defines them.
