Max Mirnyi knocked out of St. Petersburg Open MINSK, 19 September (BelTA) - Belarus’ Max Mirnyi and Romania’s Horia Tecau have failed to advance to the second round of the men’s doubles tournament at the St. Petersburg Open which prize pot is $455,000, BelTA has learnt.The Belarusian-Romanian duo, seeded second, unexpectedly lost to Dominic Inglot of the UK and Denis Istomin of Uzbekistan 4:6, 5:7.Two other Belarusian tennis players failed to progress to the main tournament after losing to their Russian opponents in the qualification. news.belta.by/en/news/sport?id=726792
