Max here with your evening news update on location here at the Old Farts Home. Mom shut the pet gate so Simba could not go back under the bed last night. So Simba finally came from behind the sofa and spent time napping on his tree. At one point he was so deep in sleep, he almost rolled off it! This morning mom was up from 2-4 am sick. So she sat with him on the sofa a while. It was the first time he has been on his favorite spot on the sofa in over a week. Mom had to run errands today. But by tonight, Simba seems better. He is still a little sniffly, but not sneezing a lot. And he even hugged up to mom. He is now napping on the sofa behind her head. His appetite is returning too. The rugrat is in the basement helping dad wrap gifts at the moment. This is Max bringing you the up to date news from the Old Farts Home.
