Max is a 2 year old AKC German Shepard. He is not a show do nor a breeding dog. He is a pet. Colin got him from someone else who was no longer able to take care of him. He had a rough bit of a puppyhood it sounds like, so he can be a bit unfriendly and aggressive. He has attached to mumma very quickly. Actually sometimes he listens to mumma more than Colin and that makes Colin jealous, coz Max was his doggie! We are learning that some things are easier when mumma is near – like nail clippings and brushings and stuff he used to be scared of, he isn’t if she’s petting him. He wants to play with me, and I think he’s kinda interesting. But he’s scared of Squiggy and Rex is terrified of Max. Things slowly get easier each day.
