Maxed out yesterday. I kind of surprised myself with a 75lb deadlift PR and a 70lb squat PR in the 2 months since I decided to start my journey with powerlifting. I owe a lot of thanks to Zach Hahn for coaching me and taking the time to train with me! Pretty excited to see numbers growing and plates adding up, but I know this is only the first small step along the way to achieving many future goals. Theres always plenty of work to do. 335lbs shown, hit 350 on the next. #powerlifting
