Maximising Ramadhan: Bismillahirahmanirrahim. Keep Calm & Carry On… Ibadah in Ramadhan for Menstruating Sisters: 1. Make much remembrance of Allah through dzikr. 2. Seek repentance through istighfar. 3. Send blessings to the Prophet saw. 4. Make continuous supplication for yourself, your loved ones and the ummah. 5. Continue to establish a relationship with the Qur’an. - Listening to Qur’an recitations - Reading the translation of the Qur’an 6. Strive for good character. Treat others kindly. 7. Refrain from falling back into bad habits. Continue to instil good ones. 8. Be steadfast in doing righteous deeds. 9. Seek forgiveness from family and friends. 10. Mend and rebuild family ties and (halal) friendships. 11. Feed fasting people. 12. Give generously in charity. 13. Volunteer your services to local mosques/ muslim organisations and others around you. 14. Seek beneficial knowledge. - Learn from a recognized scholar, read a book, watch an Islamic youtube lecture etc. Let’s cleanse and straighten our intentions so that each ibadah is done for the sake of Allah swt only. May Allah swt accept from us, our sincere repentance and ibadah in this blessed month of Ramadhan. Ameen.
