Maxims woman of the year for 2014 is 39-year-old Eva Longoria. At first it made me like Maxim a little bit more than I already did. But it started to make me wonder a bit. We will live approximately 30 years longer than our great-grandparents. Seems to me our aging population has been largely unnoticed in the market. If I want to be a billionaire, I should break up and dissect that last demographic.
