The Lake City woman tied her dog, Tookie, in direct sunlight, on a hot day with temperatures at 92 degrees to a mailbox and left him there. Tookie was not provided with heat or shed at all and never stood a chance! He passed away as a result. This woman needs to pay for what she did to Tookie!
