May 25, 2004. The day my dad died. 10 years?! How can it be 10 years already? As mom was planning out the service she said to me Id like you to sing a song at your dads service. And this song from Celine Dion popped into my mind. The words couldnt have been more true. I remember every time I practiced, I couldnt get through it without crying and thought how am I going to do it at the funeral when I cant even get through it in my own room. But when the time came I did. As time goes on I realize more and more how blessed I was to have a dad like him, even though it meant only having him in my life for 27 years...still cant believe its been 10 years....
