May 26, 1942 - News copy: Leaning heavily on his elbows, his face set firmly, Mayor Rossi testifies at crowded session of Tenney committee hearing, an inquiry he hotly denounced. In row behind him, wearing Red Cross uniform, is his daughter, Mrs. Henry C. Morris, also subpoenaed as witness. Just left of her is Captain Charles Skelly. Between them, in second row, is Ettore Patrizi, Italian newspaper publisher, who previously was target of charges at hearing. Right of Mrs. Morris is Police Commissioner Walter McGovern, who attended session merely as friend of mayor. Note keen interest shown by spectators.
