May 28, 2014 Good morning! We have been receiving a lot of phone calls about when we will be opening for strawberry season. We anticipate opening the first or second week of June. The berries are still tight and green at this point. We do have an earlier variety that shows some slight pink. (My worry is to get our customers here too early and be disappointed with the quantity). I will keep you all posted each day. I love to show you pictures of the progress so keep watching please! This morning I took some pictures of the blackberry blossoms and the patch of strawberries we call monster berries. The blackberry plants really took a hit this winter.
