May 29th 2014 Tomorrow will be somewhat of an active recovery day. Think of it as 60 minutes spent improving the most basic of movements. We will go through the entire Iron Scap (Rotator Cuff) Strengthening Series. In between movements you will execute. Banded Air Squats 3 Second Push Ups Strict Pull Ups Hollow Hold & Arch Hold Take advantage of the time tomorrow and work on mastering these basic elements. If your house is built on a shitty foundation you have a shitty house. Dont have a shitty house. Train Hard Train Smart Scale (up/down) as needed.
