May God Provide the Urgent Needs of Steve Please pray earnestly for Steve. He is facing the possibility of eviction at the end of July. Steve is a veteran with many medical challenges. He lost his job long ago and his vehicle was stolen. He has not been able to return to work. He has a job offer but cannot get there because he does not have a vehicle. There are no bus routes near him. I met Steve online in a small group associated with our church. He is in North Carolina and I am in Texas. I worked with him to create a blog to enroll prayers. God has used me to raise prayer and financial support before for others. For seven years I sent out requests for a woman who had many medical challenges. She overcame cancer three times before she passed away. There has been another woman who is a member of our online community. God has turned around her life in just a few months. I have completed a fund raising drive for the launch of an innovative online ministry. After requesting many prayers the fund raising goal was more than met. Every one of these times God did for His people what was humanly impossible. So it is with confidence that I trust God will be faithful to help Steve right on time. Here is a simple summary of the needs of Steve for your best prayers. 1500 dollars for the past due rent before July 31 350 dollars to turn on the power again 1000 dollars for a scooter 2850 dollars total Note that what Steve misses most is a hot shower. He does not have lights at night, refrigerator or air conditioning. The core of the prayer request is for God to guide and provide. May the Lord Jesus Christ guide Steve and me John as his advocate.
