May I ask a favor? Will each of you please add at least one person from YOUR friend list that I DO NOT already know to my Kirstens Plexus FB group to help me expand my reach beyond all of you? I am working very hard this summer to attain a personal goal and since I closed my group I cannot now make it open again. I realize many of you are not interested and that is fine, but you never know who else out there might be interested in taking that first step toward a healthier self or joining my team.
