May I give a piece of advice to those who might be running for office today... And this includes my husband and several groups I am fond of! Tonight there will be a winner and there will be a loser... Please remember that emotions are high and both sides have put a lot of time, money and sweat over the past few months into their candidate. I know that the winners will want to celebrate, please remember that there are tears on the other side and tomorrow morning we all have to wake up and start trying to figure out how to work together regardless of how our candidate did. Please show class and dont take a victory lap! Dont scream it from the mountain top even if you wish too. This will not help your candidate as he or she begins(or continues) the arduous job of having to be a representative of all the people within their districts. Thank You ... And no my message of peace is not because I am outside in 93 degree heat ;)
