May this matter be cleared on this shared msg.. I happen to have been approached for rental of two flats on my property... For Christine Hutt and her son Frankie Pereira... who never disclosed the secret of any past happenings at Bangalore... she posed to eb a very god fearing woman so i helped her out... then on entering the flats.. she put up a fast food outlet board without permission.. and then i told her she would be responsible for any problems formt eh property tax department... she agreed to pay the commercial tax or any fine if she is caught before the approval... she agreed to pay rs 2000 for each for the garages... along with the rental of the two flats.. business was picking up.. suddenly it dropped.. so the change in heart regards to the garage rental... and use.. this made things worse... she asked me why Adrian Brown was not interested to make a good friend out of her.. why he was never chatting on line with her.. he was seen on line but he ignores her tries to chat with him.. why he when contacted earlier on FB told her he would fight the sons case ... but now doing nothing at all for Frankie.. she kept on bugging me about this matter .. saying to get Adrian to give her a call and to take the case up.... I turned round and told her..Adrian is not interested for sure.. other wise he would be doing the case by now... she got upset and asked how i know.. then i blurted out.. if i was asked to take up this case I will refuse as all the points goes against her son... she wanted an explanation i gave it to her.. she started to deny things.. I told her straight her son was a big liar.. and this is what he disclosed to me as a freelance social worker and I am sure this is the main reason Adrian is avoiding them on Fb or phone... she again asked me ... how I came to knwo all this.. i told her I kept a record of all he said.. and I closed his file after the 4 hour session... as i found it to be of no use... end of story.. she said: that means Adrian told you all about this too and never had the decency to call us and tell us he is not interested to take up Frankies case.... what else do you know.. from : he has given me four time the wrong mobile number to his wife.. but i sent the first and only msg to her.. Oh gosh.. Gone now..she will be able to trace where we live.. was what she said.. then i told her i got the permission of her son and then only sent the msgs.. and I forwarded to her and the son for the records/.... she read this and proclaimed.. Fantastic... Babs.. Damn good.. but few moments later Frankie called her and said he was going to take his life.. as she will find him with this msgs and land up in Chennai. Hecalled me i explained that as a social worker I helped.. and here after i am out of the picture if he is going to eb threatening to take his life... that evening they both told me they are shifting.. i was surprised.. so when the mother came to my house... I told her... that I came to know that the sister of hers in Tiruvanmiyur is planning to leave India for good .. soon after her daughters wedding.. how do you know this was what Christine asked.. I said.. Adrian mentioned some thing like this when we were discussing earlier as to why he was not calling them regards the case.she at once said.. how is it he speaks to you and not to us... ask him yourself was my answer... then she told me she was going to fire him for giving out information on their family ,matters.. I told her.. being associates in the law firm Adrian runs. I will always get help with any news .. if its a common case we are sharing the person and all their deals etc... she jsut started to find fault with Adrian.. my loyalty to my associate got the better of me.. and i told her to act as a grown up .. and use hher own lawyer to fight the case... she did not like this... then next day she said they were going away .. due to the distance her auto man . brought up by her in her house ... for 8 years or so.. wanted to go back to their old place.. his dad is seriously ill..etc... i said she can go giving me two months notice.. as she signed a document to hire two garages and the flats.for commercial purpose... she at once said.. they will go by the one month agreement ... to leave the flats.. and the garages... I disagreed... then they said they would sty and get the advance of their two months cancelled .. by not paying the December rental for both flats.. to adjust the advance of two motnhs.. for December and Jan..2015.. i refused as i will stand to be at a loss.. great loss and a fine if caught ..she cried adn tried to change ,my mind and accept only one months notice period.. i said no./.// for residential its one month.. and for commercial it is two ,months.... they haven taken stuff form me to set up homes.. this to she said she will pay it monthly.. i asked for post paid cheques..... she refused and said if you trust me i will pay ,monthly.. then I said give in writing.. they did so... now she thought I was going to charge her for the other flat in D Block as we went together and sort for the change from residential tax to commercial tax... suddenly they started to argue.. and shout... giving their own suggestions etc... I got fed up and then sat with her to make the accounts... she offered to do for the past 36 months .. we parted ways... earlier she removed me as friend from the FB of hers.. so when i went home I removed her as a friend when I saw she had added me back the same evening.. after telling me a hacker did this... . so knowing I had removed her she went to her Time Line and wrote nonsense about two Anglo Indians etc which all have read about.. I got the news from Adrian and i also went on the FB and gave the . history of the story .. of Christine and her son... who suddenly came to stay in my flats.. etc... she then got in touch with Richard Carvalho .. Peter fowler and the lto and started speakign directly about me and Adrian being these two Anglos on her Time Line.. she wrote about.. including Mel Manuel... she then ,made an attempt to regain Vanny Bournes friendship knowing she was in Chenani at the house of Elvina Starr(?) for dinner.. she sent me msg this afternoon that she was not going to cook for the Egmore Anglo Indian Quarters needy Anglos the New Years lunch... or give any clothes she had offered to do... I told her not to bother ,,,,my own maid will do this and Wassup Laundry will distribute clothes as planned earlier... much before she offered to donate Rs 2000 only .... and I will still be giving them all cash... on behalf of my late husbands 40 th day ceremony.. i rather give the needy Anglos this than dish our food to the real well to do relatives... friends and neighbours of ours... Hope this clears the air and she will take back her comments at the earliest to stop this spreading of her false statements on Adrian Brown or me... what ever I gave on groups etc.. is only the truth and nothing but the truth .. so help me god...
