May we remember Brandon Teena, who lost his life today back in 1993. May those whom he died at the hands off be haunted by their malicious doings as they sit in prison. May we celebrate the spirit of Brandon that lives on. He would be so happy to see that progress has been made in the community as the years have passed and their are many who understand the lifestyle now and support/advocate for it. He would be living a much better life here on earth if he were with us today and away from Humboldt Nebraska. May he be at peace and be full of joy in heaven. For anyone whose loved ones have traveled to heaven before us, keep them in your hearts and minds. We will all meet again, I believe that. Those not here on earth with us are living on. We are not our shells, we are our spirits.
