**Maya Update** Her first vet visit went well. She weighs 27 pounds. Her blood work looks good - no sign of organ failure. She is eating and keeping it down - many small meals per day. The staff at Town & Country in Bloomington & Dr Vague are giving her extra hugs and love today! Maya has had a bath and her nails trimmed and is laying on a comfy bed taking a nap. Your overwhelming support has touched us - both moral and financial. Oh and her poop looks good! Maya will be going home with vet tech Candace for close observation - she will get good care and be warm and comfy. Thanks to the wonderful staff at T&C for always being there - thank you Angie, Candace, Carol, Amanda, Angie, Gage & Dr Vague. More updates to follow.
