Maybe I can get someone from the Beretta Company to respond to my problem here because they have ignored my question in sending them e mails. WHY do I have to go to a website from an outside source to acquire (PURCHASE) a replacement recoil rod assembly for my NANO...THAT IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY I MAY ADD???? Beretta store is out of stock always. How can they be making thousands of new Nanos and not have spares to send to their existing owners ??? I have a cheap SCCY and if I need any part (for the life of the gun) i call and send me a new part....free!!!!! Time to get some customer service from these gun manufactures that have jacked their prices and leave the buyer out in the cold for service!!!!!!
