Maybe if Councilor Bill Marra and Alan Halberstadt had used his influence with Administration to use the City of Windsor’s Harassment Policy Procedures to do an investigation on Diane Sibley/Bertolin and myself for her Accusations against me, my Law Suite would not have been filed, because the Investigation would have revealed that I didn’t do what I was Accused off and that Diane Sibley/Bertolin and Terry Knight/Lepain lied. Freedom of Information request filed on Jan 8, 2015 1) A cost of Legal expenses that the City of Windsor incurred for both City Lawyers and the cost to have the McTague Law Firm do it’s investigation on Diane Sibley/Bertolin the License Commissioner of Windsor that lead to Diane Sibley/Bertolin leaving her position as License Commissioner of Windsor on or about February 2010 as result of Complaints filed by several City Employee’s, who had to hire an outside Law Firm because the City of Windsor didn’t want to start an Investigation using it’s Work place Safety and Harassment Procedures. 2) A cost of what Employee and Department resources were used in the Investigation of Diane Sibley/Bertolin leading up to Diane Sibley/Bertolin leaving her Position as the Licensing Commissioner for the City of Windsor on or about February 2010. ( for example: booked hours that employees talked to investigators ) 3) A cost of the outside Lawyers that represented any City of Windsor Employee’s that pertained to the Complaints filed against Diane Sibley/Bertolin prior to and leading up to Diane Sibley/Bertolin leaving her Employment at the City of Windsor on or about February 2010 blogs.windsorstar/news/one-confirmed-case-in-windsor-leads-to-influenza-alert
