Maybe its because another Veterans Day is almost over. Maybe its the pictures of so many loved ones who served. Maybe its the photographs of the cemetery at Normandy. Maybe its because Im getting older (and more emotional). Maybe the older I get, the more grateful I am becoming. Maybe its because Gods grace and sovereignty allowed me to be born here, and I know for sure I dont deserve that. But one thing I do know, without equivocation-even with the all the problems facing our nation, I am proud to be an American.
