Maybe its just me or are good shifts really sparse, or is it just the fact that I dont kiss someones arse, it seems there are the special ones whose faces seem to fit, and then there are the workers who get the f**king shit, some on any duty get a special or some jumping, call me mr cynical but whose arse are they pumping, me I get a three trip split upon a saturday, ten hours of my day gone for a crappy six hours pay, so why not do the decent thing and share the good and bad, and make all colleagues feel the same instead of Ive been had, for we all work our socks off,each and everyone, no one is more special, we all are number one, so Im sick of the same faces living the tram dream, taking all the easy work like the cat that got the cream, so once again I urge you, put the good shifts out to share, not asking for a favour,just make distribution fair, as all the team at starr gate do some tough and thankless work, and when the pressures on us theres no attempt to shirk, just drop the favourites special state,were all quite sick of it, share the jobs on merit please and not on faces fit.........xxxx ps.. Glad I am working tho, better than being on Jeremy Kyle xx
